In 2024, I wrote a LinkedIn article titled Talented Women: Please Do NOT Quit. In it, I urged women, especially those leaving the workforce to raise children, to consider bootstrapped entrepreneurship as an alternative to quitting altogether.
I received a fair amount of criticism for saying that. But I stand by it firmly.
