1M/1M offers free and online mentoring roundtables for entrepreneurs looking to discuss positioning, financing, and all other aspects of building a startup venture. Up to five entrepreneurs who register to Pitch will be able to present their businesses. They will gain straightforward feedback, advice on next steps, and answers to questions from Sramana Mitra, and possibly her frequent guest CEOs and VCs. You can also register to Attend to listen, learn, and join in on the conversations via a live chat.
“There are large numbers of people that want to start web-based companies but don’t know where to begin. Your curriculum should be mandatory. It has enormous value by itself, but when coupled with the Roundtables and 1M/1M community there is no substitute.” — Dan Stewart, CEO, HappyGrasshopper

Entrepreneurs can register to Pitch and/or Attend. Those who register to pitch will receive instructions on the preparation required, including a roundtable slides pitch template. We also recommend using the 1M/1M Self Assessment Tool to help prepare to pitch.
Several entrepreneurs interested in pitching have first expanded their knowledge of the essential components of building a startup by joining our monthly 1M/1M Basic program and going through the 1M/1M curriculum. By pitching after learning the curriculum, entrepreneurs get much more takeaway value from their interactions with Sramana Mitra during the public roundtables.
Please note, we work exclusively with IT and IT enabled services businesses, and these roundtables are public forums. The recordings of all sessions are shared online and entrepreneurs who pitch will receive media exposure through the roundtable recap column, which is posted on our blog and elsewhere. Members-only private roundtables are offered as part of the 1M/1M Premium program.
